We aim to deliver the best possible service to all our learners. If you are dissatisfied with our service, we recommend that you contact a member of our staff at the Office/School/Centre concerned to see if they can deal with your query. If you are still not satisfied with the response you can contact our Customer Services Representative.
Parents/Guardians of a student currently enrolled in a Donegal ETB school/centre who wish to make a complaint about a staff member employed by Donegal ETB should contact the school/centre directly. Please follow the procedure outlined in Donegal ETB Complaint Procedure – A Procedure for Processing Complaints Made by Parents/Guardians of Students or Adult Learner(s) Currently Enrolled in an ETB School/Centre Against a Staff Member Employed by Donegal Education and Training Board.
