[lang_ie]An bhfuil tú ina ‘Chailín Ábhar’?- mar a deir Madonna
An bhfuil tú ábalta an Ciúb Rubik a chríochnú go fóill?
Ar fearr leat Walkmann ná iTunes? … Más amhlaidh, léigh leat !
Tá na mic léinn ó Ghairmscoil na Mainistreach, Baile Dhún na nGall tar éis a chuir i gcrích seachtain iomlán de sheónna a bhí lán go doras leis an cheoldráma a léirigh siad : Rac na 80í le Gairmscoil na Mainistreach.
Sa cheoldráma a rinneadh bhí roinnt mhaith amhráin popcheol ó na 1980í agus insíonn an scéal faoi rang amháin atá ag baint amach céime ag Ardscoil mar atá feicthe trí shúile an mhic léinn atá fós imithe. Cuimhníonn sé an rang, na rudaí a bhí “cool” agus ar ndóigh na rudaí nach raibh. Breathnaíonn sé ar ais ar a grá a bhí aige don chailín béal dorais a bhí ina rang. Mar i gcónaí, b’fhearr léi an gasúr sa rang a bhí aclaí agus dóighiúil! Smaoiníonn sé fós ar na múinteoirí a bhí aige , go háirithe an múinteoir mata a bhí níos mó ar a intinn ná matamaitic agus a chuid mac léinn.
Críochnaíodh seachtain iontach de sheónna ar oíche Aoine a chuaigh thart agus ní mór comhghairdeas a dhéanamh leis na rannpháirtithe agus lucht eagraithe araon agus do gach duine as an phobal a bhí i láthair le tacaíocht a thabhairt do. Maith sibh.[/lang_ie]

Would you prefer a Walkmann to iTunes?…If so, read on!!
The students of the Abbey Vocational School, Donegal Town have completed a full sell out week with their Musical A.V. Rocks the 80s . The musical contained several well known pop songs from the 1980s. It tells the story of a graduating class of a High School as seen through the eyes of a past student. He remembers his classmates, the cool and not so cool. He looks back on his love for the girl next door who was in his class. As always, she preferred the athletic, good-looking guy in the class! He thinks about his teachers, especially his maths teacher who in hindsight had a lot more on his mind than maths and his students.
A wonderful week of sell out shows were completed on Friday night and congratulations must go to all participants and organisers alike and a big thank you to all who attended. Well done everyone.[/lang_en-uk]
