Mna Ti complete Food Allergies and Food Intolerances course

Congratulations to Mna Ti, photographed at our school Gairmscoil Mhic Diarmada, Árainn Mhor, who successfully completed their Food Allergies and Food Intolerances course through Skills for Work (SFW). The course was delivered on Árainn Mhór Island and was specifically designed to incorporate SFW teaching resources such as Food Nutrition and Culinary Skills. The course content supported participants in gaining an understanding of and responding to food intolerance, allergies and specific dietary requirements while creating nutritional meals which are pictured below for students.
