[lang_en-uk]The Errigal Groove Orchestra (EGO) are to hit the stage again this year at the City of Derry Jazz Festival. Led by talented saxophonist Sean McCarron, and run by Donegal Music Education Partnership, the group features some of the finest young musicians from all over Donegal, who have become popular performers at local festivals and events since they came together in 2011. EGO have a diverse and extensive repertoire ranging from the music of jazz hero Herbie Hancock, to the songs of Amy Winehouse. They will be performing at the Guild Hall square, 12 o’clock midday on Saturday, May, 2. Be sure to check them out!
