[lang_en-uk]Four young Donegal Transition Year students from Coláiste na Carraige have recently been awarded overall winners of the Youth Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2015. Their project called ‘Milseog na Mara’ (Desserts of the Sea) is the production of tasty treats using seaweed (Carrageen Moss). Link here to more information.
