[lang_ie]Mar an gcéanna i mbliana bhí an fhoireann agus na páistí ó Bright Beginnings (Naíonra Cúram agus Oideachais) agus foireann agus mic léinn Ionad Oideachais Aosaigh Baile na nGallóglach amuigh ar siúlóid nó “toddle” thart ar an bhaile agus iad ag bailiú airgead le haghaidh tacaíocht do Shealaíocht don Bheatha. Le linn na siúlóide bhí cuairt ag na páistí óga fhad leis an Stáisiún Dóiteáin Baile na nGallóglach agus bhain siad an-sult as sin. I ndiaidh sin san Ionad Oideachais Aosaigh bhí Maidin Chaife agus Cácaí Milse do gach sórt a dhíol a rinne na daltaí ansin nó a bhí tugtha isteach ón phobal. Bhí cóisir ag na páistí agus ina iomláin i rith na tréimhse tógadh tuairim is €1,030 do Shealaíocht don Bheatha. Thart ar an am céanna d’eagraigh na hOifigí an Chomhairle Contae faoi Mary agus Pat Ferry le Maidin Caife eile a bheith ann agus tógadh breis agus €350 eile a rachaidh leis an fhigiúr iomlán. Comhghairdeas leis an iarracht iontach seo agus seo roinnt pictiúr don lá.[/lang_ie]
[lang_en-uk]Just like last year the staff, parents, students and children associated with Bright Beginnings (the Care & Education Pre-School) and Milford Adult Education Centre – had their walkabout town or their “toddle” as it is called. The children and the students along with their parents and guardians and staff walked around the local community and visited the Milford Fire Station and afterwards had a Coffee Morning and Cake Sale and a party for the children. Overall a wonderful effort was made by all and with support from the local community and students they raised an approx. figure of €1,030 for Relay for Life. A separate Coffee Morning was also organised and run by the local Council Offices around this time as well with the assistance of Mary and Pat Ferry and from it a further €350 will also be added to the overall total. Congratulations to all and especially the children on this wonderful effort and here are some pictures taken on the day.[/lang_en-uk]
