Seo a leanas an méid eile a chríochnaigh sa chéad deichniúr ar an turas seo – Sean Murphy (35 pointe), Paul McGinley (34 pointe), Paddy McDaid (33 pointe), an Captaen féin Ruairi de Faoite (33 pointe), John Bosco Gallagher (33 pointe), Enda Mannion (32 pointe) agus Seamus Clerkin (31 pointe).

[lang_en-uk]The first outing of the Donegal VEC Golf Society took place recently at Donegal Golf Club, Murvagh. This was also the first outing under the new Society Captain, Rory White. Under testing conditions, there was an excellent turnout from the members with no fewer than five new members taking part. Winner on the day was Ciaran McFadden from Coláiste Chineál Eoghain, Buncrana with a fine score of 36pts. Second place went to one of the new members to the VEC Society, Orla Gallagher from Deele College with a great score of 35pts and third place went to Alex Harkin with 35pts (b.o.t.). The remainder of the top ten places went to Sean Murphy 35pts, Paul McGinley 34pts, Paddy McDaid 33pts(b.o.t.), Rory White 33pts(b.o.t.), John Bosco Gallagher 33 pts, Enda Mannion 32pts and Seamus Clerkin 31pts (b.o.t.) respectively.
The Society’s next outing is scheduled for Greencastle G.C. in Inishowen on Saturday 13th April.
