[lang_ie] Bhí lá iontach gnóthach ag an tAonach don Fhoghlaimeoir Aosaigh in Óstán an Mount Errigal i Leitir Ceanainn ar an Mháirt a chuaigh thart. Deirtear ón phobal uile agus na taispeántóirí a bhí i láthair gurbh é seo an tAonach is fearr a bhí ann sna 10 mbliana ina bhfuil a leithéid ag Coiste Gairmoideachais Contae Dhún na nGall. Rinne an Troirsheirbhís Dhún na nGall d’Fhoghlaimeoirí Fásta an t-aonach a eagrú ó thús go deireadh agus tugadh lena chéile 64 eagraíocht agus taispeántóirí agus seirbhísí tacaíochtaí ó gach cearn le heolas agus roghanna oideachais a chuir bealach an pobal.
Dúirt Sean Debney, Comhordaitheoir don Troirsheirbhís d’Fhoghlaimeoirí Fásta, go raibh le feiceáil ón phobal go raibh seirbhísí agus laethanta mar seo tábhachtach le heolas agus roghanna a chuir fad le daoine atá sásta dul ar ais i mbun staidéar nó cuir ardú céime ar a gcuid scileanna. Le níos mó nó 1200 ar a laghad i láthair, is cinnte a deir Sean, go raibh an lá ina bhua amach is amach go háirithe leis na réimsí éagsúil do sheirbhísí a bhí ar fáil.
Mar fhocal scoir fós, dúirt sé go bhfuil a oifig féin ar fáil do dhuine ar bith a bhí ag an Aonach nó duine ar bith nach raibh agus tig fáil air ansin agus a fhoireann ag 074 9178088. Seo roinnt pictiúr a ghlacadh ag an ócáid.[/lang_ie]
[lang_en-uk]Donegal VEC’s Adult Learner Fair 2012 at the Mount Errigal Hotel last Tuesday 24th was a resounding success and rated by participants and exhibitors alike as the best ever! The Fair, which was celebrating it’s 10th year, was organised by Donegal Adult Learner Guidance Service (DALGS) and focussed on bringing 64 education, training and support organisations together for the benefit of adults considering returning to education and training. Mr.Sean Debney, Adult Guidance Co-ordinator with DALGS said “that the Fair was an important day to bring all such providers together in the one place and to assist the public in general with their queries and needs directly on-site. With at least 1200 people attending, it was indeed a worthwhile effort and acknowledged his staff and all who helped bring it all together. He added that if anyone out there needs to follow up on any issues, whether they attended the Fair or not, that his office and his staff are readily available and can be contacted at 074 9178088. Here are a range of photographs taken on the day.[/lang_en-uk]
